Food is personal. It carries memory, culture, and the kind of care that most people will never see behind the scenes. My job is to make sure they feel it anyway — in the texture of a perfectly seared edge, the steam rising from a bowl, the quiet pride of a plate that took months to perfect.
I love working with fine dining restaurants and neighborhood spots who believe that great food deserves to be seen as thoughtfully as it was made.
